Terms of Service
Effective Date: 2026-08-09
Thank you for using this software and related services (collectively, the “Services”). These Public Service Terms (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between Qinzhou Oupula Computer Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Oupulator” or “we”) and the user of the software (“you” or “User”).
Please read all of these Terms carefully before installing, registering, logging in, or using the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately stop using the software and uninstall it.
1. Parties and Scope
These Terms are entered into by Qinzhou Oupula Computer Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Oupulator”) and the User (“you”), and apply to your downloading, installation, use of the software, and all related services accessed through it, including but not limited to file management, multi-protocol file transfer, file preview, cloud storage integration, and network protocol access.
2. Services
- The software provides local file management, multi-protocol (e.g., FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, SMB) file access and transfer, file categorization, search, preview, batch operations, and other functions.
- The Oupulator may add, modify, or suspend certain features based on version updates. In case of material changes, the Oupulator will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance via in-app announcements or update logs.
- Some functions may rely on third-party network services, storage services, or protocol support. The Oupulator shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by third-party failures, maintenance, or policy changes, but will use reasonable efforts to assist in resolving issues.
- Cloud Sync of Settings: This feature encrypts synced settings by default. The password used for encryption is stored only in encrypted form on your local device and is not uploaded to any cloud server, ensuring the security of your settings and password.
- Third-party Cloud Drive Connection: The software supports connecting to third-party cloud drives, providing only a channel for you to access and operate your data on those services. All data within those drives is accessible only by you. Your authentication credentials for accessing third-party cloud drives are not uploaded to the cloud by default; only when you actively use the cloud sync feature will such credentials be transmitted locally encrypted along with settings. The Oupulator does not obtain or store unencrypted credentials or the data within third-party cloud drives.
3. User Rights
- You have the right to use the corresponding functions of the software, either free or paid, subject to applicable laws and these Terms.
- You have the right to provide feedback and suggestions regarding the software’s functionality, user experience, and security; the Oupulator will evaluate and optimize accordingly.
- You have the right, provided you do not violate these Terms, to decide whether to continue using the software, and you may uninstall and stop using it at any time.
4. User Obligations
You undertake that your use of the software complies with local laws and regulations, public order, good morals, and these Terms, and you shall not use the software to engage in:
- Uploading, downloading, storing, or disseminating files containing illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, terrorist, or national security-threatening content;
- Unauthorized access to others’ servers, computer systems, or network devices, or stealing, altering, or deleting others’ data;
- Conducting network attacks, spreading viruses, sending spam, traffic hijacking, or malicious data scraping;
- Infringing upon others’ intellectual property, trade secrets, portrait rights, or reputation rights;
- Any other act that violates laws or these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, server address, and keys. Any disclosure, account theft, or data loss resulting from your own reasons shall be borne solely by you.
You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, modify, or redistribute the software, nor create or distribute cracked versions, plug-ins, or unofficial add-ons.
5. Personal Data Protection

- As required by Hong Kong laws and regulations.
5.4 Rights of Access and Correction
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data held by the Oupulator;

6. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
- The Oupulator may temporarily or permanently change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the Services due to business adjustments, technology upgrades, or compliance requirements. For material changes, the Oupulator will give at least 30 days’ prior notice through in-app announcements, the official website, or other appropriate means.
- If you violate these Terms, the Oupulator may, at its discretion, take measures including but not limited to: feature restrictions, service suspension, permanent blocking, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
- Upon termination of services, you shall back up your data. Unless otherwise required by law, the Oupulator shall not be liable for data loss resulting from service termination.

8. Disclaimer
- The software is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Oupulator makes no express or implied warranties regarding its suitability, security, stability, or correctness.
- The Oupulator shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by network failures, third-party service failures, your device failures, system upgrades, or force majeure, but will use reasonable commercial efforts to mitigate impact.
- Important Reminder (Sync Encryption): Settings synced to the cloud are pre-encrypted, and the encryption password is stored only locally and not uploaded. The Oupulator cannot access your encryption password or decrypted settings. If you lose that password, you will not be able to decrypt backed-up settings. Any resulting loss of data or functionality shall be borne solely by you, and the Oupulator assumes no liability or remedy obligation.
- All risks arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to file transfer failures, data corruption, or server access errors, are borne solely by you.
9. Amendment and Interpretation
- The Oupulator may revise or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be announced in the software or on the official website. For material changes (those that substantially affect your rights or obligations), the Oupulator will give at least 30 days’ prior notice. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the software.
- The Oupulator reserves the right to interpret these Terms. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
